Everything offered here is judgement free. We share what the guidance says, what’s considered safest, and what’s backed by evidence. Our role is to guide you through the options, give you space to share what's on your mind, and support you to make safe, informed choices that work for you and your baby.

A kind note: This service currently supports families based in the UK and is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are ever concerned about your own health or your child's health, please contact your GP,  call NHS 111, or dial 999 in an emergency.

Support that makes a real difference: feedback from parents

“After IVF, I really wanted things to go smoothly, but I felt quite overwhelmed once my baby arrived. Iris was so kind,

reassuring, and never made me feel like I was asking too much. She took her time with me, explained things in a way that made sense, and helped me relax. It felt like having a knowledgable friend, and I could tell she really cared. Having her support from the start was invaluable."

“Being a doctor, I wasn't prepared for how vulnerable I'd feel after having a baby. I had questions just like anyone else, but I felt like my health visitor expected me to already know everything. Finding Iris was a breath of fresh air. She spoke to me as a mum, not as a doctor. Her advice was safe and reassuring and I never felt like she was judging me.”

"Our son's development review with Iris was really helpful. We were worried about a few things and she took the time to look at him as a whole. After our appointment, she sent through ideas we could use at home and followed up to see how things were going. We feel a lot more confident now."

“At 13 months I've just gone back to work and wanted to express my gratitude for all the support you provided. I truly believe I would've struggled with postnatal depression if not for your help. Thank you Iris, for your time, understanding and guidance.”
